Great mixed with chocolate.<BR/><BR/>The huckleberry is Idaho's state fruit, thanks to the efforts of a group of students from Southside Elementary near Sandpoint. We found an abundant patch a few years ago, went back the next morning at 6 am to pick and there were 40 people with Oregon plates in there, totally stripping the bushes.
