These are the first two recipients of the Harold Tibbs -- Toby I Memorial Belt Buckle Award. I can't remember this year's recipient's name (left). She was from Coeur d'Alene. I can, however, remember Sarah Snedden and, of course, my sister Laurie who presented the awards honoring our dad's memory.
