Kiwi: the true-blue farm dog

That's me and one of the south-pasture coffee cans. I've got about a dozen of them, and they hang out all over this farm. So, that keeps me pretty busy, especially during the winter time when some of them try to hide under the snow. It's a pretty good life here on the Love farm.
My human mom has been yiping at me, telling me I'd better tell you that her rodeo boy Rowdy placed 7th or 8th last night, out of the money. I've been watching that rodeo and thinkin' they oughta have one of those for dogs like me. I'd love to enter the coffee-can herding event. I bet I could win more money than my mom did teaching.

Now, there is a Christmas card picture if I've ever seen one! Ah, those puppies! I remember the first Christmas I had Sadie as a pup in Wyoming. I came home and immediately noticed that my little fat stuffed Santa was missing from the holiday display in the picture window. I bellowed, "Where's MY Santa??" Sadie immediately jumped out the doggie door ran head first into a big snow drift and came back in with Santa in her mouth. Santa was none the worse for wear!
She has been entertaining me ever since. I think she and Kiwi are soul mates!
