I had a moment on my tight Friday schedule to stop by for a short visit with Sefo and the triplets. They had just arrived home from kindergarten.
Yesterday I turned Lefty out with Lily for the first time. My biggest regret of the day is that I did NOT have my camera while brush hogging the Ponderosa pasture. Neither had ever been in that pasture, so they made the most of it. I have to say that the next half hour was some of the best horse watching I've ever done in my life as the two of them raced across the field, ran alongside me with the tractor, darted in and out of my pathway and covered just about every square inch of the field on the dead run. It was a Kodak Half Hour, and this photographer did not have a camera.
But, I did snap a few shots to the two young 'uns as they enjoyed the hayfield pasture. Truly a great day of horse watching.
