Steve Smith, the editor of the Spokesman-Review newspaper says we won't be seeing the term "snow event" anymore in his paper. That's not the case in this publication because we have "snow events" every day here at the Lovestead. We don't know when it's gonna end, so we figure it's good to document the happenings each day.
This week's snow events in the Selle area have included much plowing, more shoveling, earthquake-like rumblings as snow slides off the roof, phenomenal snow shoeing (yes, that's the view across Meserve's field where we snowshoe), and yesterday's main "snow event" included some visitors to our next-door neighbor's apple orchard.
Enjoy.
As long as the "snow events" continue, I'll be happy to bring them to you in each edition of Slight Detour.

Your snow photos are gorgeous. I am very envious. My trailer park does not show nearly as well. :-)
