Hope you noticed where teeth were gnawing on the posts before the electric wire went back into operation.
The posts were already there; we built the fence through the winter last year because all that was keeping them in was skinny goat wire. So, we had to use the older posts.
We bought the lumber, and spent many days nailing up boards, purchased from Alpine Lumber. Actually, it was kinda fun. We still have one little segment to finish over north of the barn.
We'll use the same sized boards and similar posts around our new storage shed and along the west lawn which borders pasture no.1. Then, the place ought to look pretty nice.
One thing I know is that board fencing fared much better than any other kind of fencing this winter, especially that expensive and pretty vinyl stuff. Only problem it had was bored horses in need of chewing.
