Kids, grandpups and the shed

Annie sent me this photo which was taken by one of her friends this past weekend, and, of course, I loved it. So, I'll lead off with it today, followed by this morning's stage of the new shed. The guys are already here pounding away on the roof.

Willie, Debbie and the grandpups showed up from Boise last evening. And since then, the grandpups, Todd and Brooke, have reconnected with their sister Kea and their big sister/aunt Kiwi.

The visitors from the city are wasting no time learning the ways of their country friends. This morning four Border Collies were attacking the nozzle spray from the hose. Right now, they're sitting on the doghouse roof in the kennel, wishing someone would come out and let them run. That will happen soon.

Anyway, that's it from the Lovestead where a lot of activity is happening, and some of it will include cherry picking this morning. Cis' CD's have done the trick of keeping those pesky robins out of my cherries.

Have a great day, and if you know Vicki Dolsby, everyone's favorite sub at Sandpoint High School for several years, send her happy birthday greetings. There's a comment about Vicki on the
www.sandpointhigh.com website, and if you're a member, you can post there.

Marianne,

Thanks for posting this splendid picture of Annie. I've saved it for my Lovestead collection.

Cheers!
