A couple of cut-ups
Alice Woolsey Coldsnow and I have led the Leadership Sandpoint troops through downtown for two years in a row. I don't know why the Chamber asks us to do it except that we're both homegrown products.
We also have a bit in common. Both members of the coffee cult. Both spent our childhood on North Boyer Avenue. Both attended Stinkin' Lincoln Elementary School. Both are left-handed. Both have husbands named Bill. Both know my cousin Lori Monosmith. Both have the same wallets---I got mine at Wal-Mart. Alice got hers at some hifalutin' store in Coeur d'Alene.
Finally, we're both high-octane and like to talk. Thereby lies the problem. Sometimes we both talk at the same time, and sometimes we disagree on just where the Copper Penny Cafe was. Alice says it wasn't at the Panida News Stand. I say it was. Will someone local settle this dispute!!!
