I learned yesterday, thanks to my first time ever drying sweet bell peppers, that they shrink a LOT.

Today I'll give the remainder of this year's small crop a try, along with some tomatoes.

Bill bought me a dehydrator for Christmas. I've tried it on a few things---made some raisins from grapes a while back, but there seems to be a learning curve.

Now, don't tell me. I'll learn firsthand today what happens when you dry tomatoes.
