Ghosts, Goblins and GonZAGa!

What a way to end October!

It's a  beautiful, crisp Sunday, there's Halloween fun AND fans have the first chance to see the ZAGS competing against another team!

Doesn't get any better than that for this transition into the long winter months.

I'm still not sure if the game is just streamed on SWX or if it can be seen on KHQ Channel 6 at 1 p.m. PDT.

Maybe someone in the know will comment.

Whatever the case, this game against Eastern Oregon promises ZAGS fans around the world a chance to see this year's team with new and some familiar faces go into action, ranked No. 1 in the nation.

You can read more about today's contest by clicking the link below.

GO, ZAGS! We're excited to have you back.

Below is a link from an article in today's Daily Bee, featuring our daughter-in-law Debbie Love talking about Bonner County Community Food Bank needs, especially as we go into winter and the holiday season.

You can read the article or actually listen to Debbie's voice on a podcast as Daily Bee editor Caroline Lobsinger interviews her.

I've also included a flyer, recently printed by Litehouse Foods, one of the food bank's active supporters.

The flyer is nice because it provides potential donors a good look at specific needs of clients.

Also, if you care to donate monetarily from anywhere in the country, there's an address listed at the end of today's article.

Thanks for your support.

And, it's Halloween.

Hope all the trick or treaters have a fun and safe night tonight.

Finally, the U.S Arabian-Half Arabian Nationals ended in Tulsa last night, and our family members and their friends are now on the road for the long trip home.

Barbara posted this professional photo of the winner's circle Thursday night when she and Dusty won the reserve championship in Ranch Riding.

In the picture, you'll see Barbara, brother Kevin, sister Laurie and friends Denise and Roxzene, all beaming after the big win.

Dusty looks pretty happy too.

Wishing them safe travels over the next four days.

Happy Sunday.
