Being born in January I figure I have a predisposition to love winter.
Even in the bitter cold you can find me standing on a frozen lake in search of that (not so) elusive winter fish.
I love the extreme gear one must don to stay warm.
I love the coziness of the house on a crisp bluebird day.
I love the ability to stay warm regardless of the wind chill.
I zen out on shoveling snow. I love our 15 year old Husqvarna snow blower and her reliability.
I have always been excited by extreme weather events and subzero temps fits nicely into that category.
I just love it.
