Saturday Slight

Not much chatter from me today.

Just a few photos from last night's publication party and parade.

Both were great fun.

Keeping it short so you can click on the link below and flip through the latest issue of Sandpoint Magazine

As always, I appreciate the opportunity to write for the magazine.

As usual, I put together the "Natives and Newcomers" feature.  This time I also did the interview story, which features Dr. Cathy King, a Sandpoint product and founder of World Vets.

The organization provides veterinary care, specifically spay and neuter programs in developing countries around the world.

Through her hard work and vision, "Dr. Cathy" has added a new dimension to World Vets by establishing its permanent presence in the Galapagos Islands.

As usual, this summer edition of the magazine is packed full with stories focusing on water, historical events, recreational opportunities and interesting vignettes about the area.

Lots of phenomenal talent from photographers and writers and graphic artists has developed into a fine publication.

Congratulations to editor Trish Gannon and publisher Chris Bessler.

Someone said last night that this issue is the best ever.

So, click on the link and enjoy the stories.

Happy Saturday.
