Gonna call this a "not much" Saturday.
The sunshine has been replaced by clouded-over skies and little spits of rain.
It's quiet out there this morning.
I did go visit Mama Turkey. She was lying on her eggs, not moving even a feather, with my presence a few feet away.
I do wonder what will happen when the eggs hatch. Will she keep the babies in that spot or move on?
Talked with my neighbor and classmate Gary while walking on the road. Gary's headed to a plough day in the Pullman area.
Bill will take off around noon to help teach fly-fishing at the Russell Center.
Trout Unlimited is sponsoring a series of four Saturday afternoon instruction sessions, with the last one being held at a lake at Silverwood.
I did some fence painting yesterday, along with mowing lawn and planting some seeds in the stand-up planter near the house.
I'll do some preparing for our annual Easter Sunday pilgrimage of peeps and dogs to our favorite outdoor picnic spot.
The eggs need to look out cuz they're gonna get deviled.
Should be a fun and somewhat laid-back day before Easter.
Happy Saturday.
