A few rules of the refuge:

You can walk.

You can ride your bike.

You can drive your licensed car, your licensed pickup, your licensed truck

or even your licensed motorcycle,

but

No grannies--no matter how old they are---will ever be allowed to drive unlicensed, electric, soundless golf carts.
