Spring is a ways off as evidenced by this photo of Kea who likes to look at us through the window from her perch atop the snow pile on the deck.
No complaints, though. We have enjoyed a phenomenal February thus far.
Sunshine.
Birds singing.
Snow shoeing.
Horse grooming.
Walks down country roads.
Visiting.
There are a few reasons to feel grinchy, like taxes to prepare and a tough loss last night for our ZAGS. Oh, what a fall there was, but they'll pick themselves back up again and move on.
And, we'll still dress up in our ZAG-watching uniforms for upcoming games. I told Bill they were having one of those
"Mama said there'd be days like this . . . my mama said."
We all have 'em, but we all pick ourselves back up and move on because of
Sunshine
Birds singing
Snow shoeing
Horses loving their grooming,
cute doggies peering at you through the window
and a whole lot of other things that help us deal with the low moments.
That's how life is, I guess.
Happy Sunday!
