The calendar says so. The twitty birds agree and so do the proud and pretty posies.
It's spring.
And, the ZAGS dance on.
In some ways, life doesn't get any better than that for ZAGnuts like me.
Good things are happening, and it's a beautiful day.
"It's like Christmas," I chirped last night as my sisters, hubby, son and daughter-in-law sat around the living room erupting numerous times with "YES" while enjoying Wood's German sausages and the trimmings.
YES! They did it again Another basket! Another rebound! Another 3!
YES, they're headed on to Chicago for the Sweet Sixteen, playing either Middle Tennessee or Syracuse this next Friday.
Hope all those Chicago Irish relatives of mine get the word out to pack up the gym with a whole bunch more newly minted ZAGS fans.
Usually, we declare Spring when the ZAGS have ended their season.
We get the double bonus this year with Spring and an Overtime season for the ZAGS!
I'm guessing we did that last year, but we were in Seattle at the NCAA tournament when they earned their way to the Sweet Sixteen.
Hard to tell in Seattle if it's spring in Idaho, but I can say for sure that the Sweet Sixteen status and spring in North Idaho have lined up perfectly on this day.
So, let the birds sing, the flowers grow and the ZAGS dance on some more!
It's a good time to be a ZAGS fan! What a game!
Happy Sunday.
