After seeing the toad stool yesterday afternoon above at a rustic campground along Upper Pack River, I went home and fixed hamburgers.
Thought it best not to grab a bite from the nature burger bun.
Bill and I eventually got rained out but not before reaching the end of the road where the trail to Chimney Rock begins.
Still, we enjoyed our drive and our occasional short hikes.
Upper Pack River area is beautiful right now, and there's the promise of huckleberries aplenty in some spots.
Got company so that's all for today.
