Farm Stuff, Flowers and Fun

I think my sisters are relieved this morning.

Their hay is in the barn.

They, too, had an efficient, hard-working crew of hay hands who put in two shifts yesterday, during the cooler hours, and got the job done.

I enjoyed spending a few minutes over their way documenting the efforts.

Farmwork scenes are always fun because they show teamwork, grit, organization and even some sweat---all important to completing any farm project.

Yesterday also was fun because we had a chance to get together with old friends.

And, with these friends, the food at Pack River General Store was great but the crazy fun we enjoyed was even better.

No nose taping with Pam and Betsy yesterday, but definitely a nice demonstration on the basics of water aerobics.

This group, along with several others, has a history of wackiness combined with laughter.

Happily, those memories continue on.

Twas definitely another day of enjoying good people having fun, enjoying life and each other AND being productive.

In the midst of a hot August Sunday and this brisk Monday morning, I also snapped a few other photos.

Hope you enjoy.

Happy Monday.

Thank you, Haley Carlson, from Pack River General Store, for taking this group shot of friends.

Marianne, Pam, Larry, Betsy and Bill.
