This may seem a bit incredible to blog readers, but I do take time out from my perennial grumbling about winter to acknowledge its beauty.
If winter lasts from now until April, my generous spirit toward the season may wane.
For now, I must say the artistry of Mother Nature's palette is pretty and amazing.
It appears that this winter may seem longer than ever with the grim news about the Pandemic and the measures we must take to be more careful than ever.
So, any time Mother Nature hands us a pretty day through all this, I'll take it and take advantage of it.
Also, when Facebook hands us something rather special, I like to take advantage of it too.
Though it's been circulating around for several months, yesterday marked the first time I had taken time to listen and watch "Memories" with the One Voice children's ensemble.
Our friends, Mark and Ann-Marie of Lawcus Farm Guesthouse near Kilkenny, Ireland, posted the video, so I checked it out.
Because of the lyrics, of the times, of my own personal experiences and because of the children's faces and voices, this production makes me smile and it makes me cry AND to watch it over and over again.
Hope you enjoy if you haven't already seen it.
Happy Thursday.
Stay safe, and stay healthy.
