I almost always start out on Monday's, thinking it's gonna be a laid-back week ahead.
Then, life happens.
This is not so common in the winter time, but come spring, I might as well concede that it's a given.
This week began with a relatively quiet slate---just a hair appointment on Friday.
Suddenly, the daily schedule is loaded with activities to go along with the usual spring projects and a needed to stay disciplined.
If I can remain organized, I like spontaneity and good surprises.
So far, so good, as today involves two fun events, where you can count on seeing them documented in tomorrow's post.
Yesterday had some surprises---one not the best; the other pretty neat.
When ya get a text from your bank about a suspicious fraudulent purchase, let's just say it's not auspicious.
Also, thankfully, the bank stays right on top of those things. Frustratingly, however, the work ahead on notifiying all the places where you use the card is a royal "PITA."
I'll be working on that unplanned project for a while, but happily, the culprit did not get much---$11 and some cents and the bank is disputing the charge.
On the happy side of surprises and definitely falling into the "we are such proud parents" category, I opened up my Facebook yesterday to see that Willie is featured in a local magazine article, and his state championship team is pictured on the cover.
It's a Q and A and well worth the read. Plus, there's a nice full page picture of Coach Love.
We are so proud. Check out the link below. The story is a few pages into the magazine.

Here at the Lovestead, my seed starts which were transferred to the greenhouse are starting to come back from their initial shock.
AND, radishes and cukes, planted in the greenhouse, are starting to poke their heads through the potting soil.
Yesterday Bill assembled one of the two stand-up planters I had ordered for the garden. I'm looking forward to preparing a space inside the fence for them to reside.
It won't be long before I can fill them with soil and put them to use.
Also, most of the leaves around the yard have now lost their coating of snow, and I'm guessing that one more round with the lawnmower for mulching will remove the 2022 collection.
Let the green grass grow!
Doggies are also enjoying more space every evening for wearing themselves out playing chuck-it, and we know that better days for enjoying the outdoors are not far off.
All good.
Happy Wednesday.
