Holiday Mode

 

I'm going into holiday mode today.  

Will publish but keep it brief. 

Enjoy the photos, which include a baby swallow in its colorful bird house checking the outside world while Mom and Dad go get the groceries. 

How 'bout them 'maters!

My friend Shiraz put me on to Sun Gold tomatoes a few years ago. I've been growing AND eating them ever since. 

We have a banner crop this year. 

My lilies are blooming.

 We have the travel trailer set up next to the house to hold extra food and to provide a cool place to hang out on hot days. 

How 'bout Big Red!  

Willie and Debbie have a new car (Subaru Ascent).  They stopped by on their way home yesterday to show us their new beauty. 

Their friends Andrew, Alicia and Emma from Seattle are here for the week. 

Lots of fun stuff going on, including tomorrow's barbeque. 

And, the flowers keep on blooming.
