Easter Weekend Album

Where to start with this fabulous weekend???

All good.

Horses came home.

Sister-in-law Joyce has a new puppy, Little Griz.

We went to dinner Saturday night and met Jack, the server.

We got to know Jack very well and later learned he's the most popular server at Sweet Lou's.

We watched games.

We prepared food.

We drove to Boundary Creek across the creek from Porthill, not in a convoy but in four different rigs.

In those rigs, were peeps and dogs.

Eight peeps; eight dogs.

One for each being, depending on whether you were dog or human.

We sang "Happy Birthday" to the four family birthday babies this week.

Birthday kids got to pick from the Easter basket.

We ate well.

Even the chocolate birthday cake, with a side collapse, thanks to the sun's rays.  In March?

We managed to get all 16 guests in one picture.

Not quite like herding cats but close.

Joe, the Young Love's Border Collie, swam a lot in Boundary Creek on the USA side.

Occasionally dogs or pups snarled.

But for both the dogs and the peeps, a good time was had by all.

About as perfect an Easter as we could expect, 'cept for maybe having a few more family members.

Great memories, indeed.

And, Jack is planning to join the Navy soon.

Sweet Lou's loss; Navy's gain.
