Yes, I plan to use it. No, I think it's new not old. Mine has red seats, unlike the one in the picture.

Pardon my senior memory, but I do see a lot of "handles" in my cyber wanders.
This is exactly like the Meadowbrook Amish cart I purchased at yesterday's draft horse sale.
