The Sandpoint High Class of 1965 will have a 65th reunion in five years.
We hope everyone pictured above puts the event on their calendar.
Just like the night we graduated from our beloved high school 60 years ago, it all ended too fast last night at Western Pleasure Guest Ranch.
Quick good byes, some hugs and out the door they went into the night.
Will we see them again?
That question is especially poignant at our age.
Who knows what will happen to each of us in the next five years, but if we're around for our 65th, I know it will be fun.
Every one of our reunions have been fun, and, as my neighbor Janice said, they get better each time.
It was fun to forget the world around us for two days and think of our respective worlds which we shared as much as possible last night.
The meal was fabulous. There were some very special moments and smiles were both generous and abundant.
And, so until 2030, we'll all continue our pride in being a Bulldog and plan to celebrate again.
Happy Sunday.
ASB vice president for 1964-65 Gary Johnson repeated his campaign speech at last night's program, noting the existence of an ID board which made decisions on offenses committed in school, including gum under the tables.
Karen was our salutatorian and co-editor of the Monticola yearbook. That's her hubby Jerry.

Pastor Lorraine Davis said the blessing at last night's program.
Dr. Love, who earned an honorary doctorate from Grinnell College in Iowa, bestowed an honorary diploma on Sharon Clark Bayless, who was not allowed to graduate because she was married.
These three chums started first grade together at Colburn Elementary School: Dennis Timblin, Jim Baldwin and Gary Finney.
Janice Schoonover, owner of Western Pleasure Guest Ranch carved off slices of meat as part of a delicious and sumptuous meal.
Our decorating queen Karen Martin Rolf prepared some beautiful items for both nights.
Three Love family members: Bill, Debbie and Willie.
Willie spoke about what the 1965 graduates would see if they spent some time at the present Sandpoint High School, where he advises the newpaper, teaches journalism, photography and graphic arts and coaches boys basketball.
He also hears about the infraction of putting gum under the tables. Some things never change.
