Ireland, Fall 2025; Day Thirteen

It's long flight day ahead, so I'll be brief and post a few representative photos from yesterday's adventures.

When we take these trips, we fly to Ireland via Aer Lingus.

It's a nonstop flight from Seattle, lasting around nine hours.

Tonight when we reach Seattle, we'll have to scamper to catch our flight via Alaska to Spokane.

If that all works right, Bill and I will stay over in Spokane, while Willie and Debbie will drive home.

There IS a benefit to being retired.

Plus, we'll be picking up our Gonzaga women's season tickets and hopefully some season-schedule posters.  The men's posters are late this year and probably are still not ready for pick up.

Once the ZAGS errands are done, we'll go hug our puppies at the Ponderay Pet Lodge and take them home.

Then, it's back to reality, i.e., tons of leaves to pick up and other winter prep projects.

We'll be doing all that armed with memories of yet another magical and fulfilling visit to Ireland.

We never tire of this place and we love its people.

Thanks to all along the way who made every day special. And, thanks to all who followed us and expressed appreciation for the posts.  It's truly a labor of love.

Enjoy the photos.  Happy Sunday.

We enjoyed a bonus yesterday, arriving in Kildare in time to enjoy a walk and a bite to eat at the Irish National Stud.

We were told that yesterday was its last day open with a three-month break ahead. So, we felt fortunate to have beautiful weather and a nice experience.
