Rolling Along through the Weekend

So far, so good.

Labor Day Weekend 2018 has given us great weather, and everyone is taking advantage of it.

The agenda among our family yesterday included watching the funeral of Sen. John McCain, saddling up Lefty for Annie and some visitors to ride, Schweitzer Fall Fest for Annie, and photographing a segment of family reunion among the "outlaws."

Our day was topped off by grilled chicken, sliced garden cucumbers and garden quiche.

Twas definitely a busy and nice Saturday.  We'll go at it again today with some activities in the Priest Lake area.

I included a photo below of a couple of "outlaws," Chris and Judy Thompson who recently celebrated their wedding anniversary.

Chris is a classmate of mine and Judy is the "queen of organizing" around the Sandpoint community.  Hence, she organized the family reunion with her usual precision and perfection.

Twas quite an event for the Burnstad clan---about 45 folks showed up from Canada and the United States.  And, it was fun meeting everyone while snapping their photos.

Anyway, that's about it for this morning.  Gotta get on with the day and keep enjoying this wonderful Labor Day weather.

Happy Sunday.

Duane and Angela, Annie's friends from Seattle stopped in for a visit yesterday morning AND enjoyed riding Lefty before taking in the Schweitzer Fall Fest.
