Monday-Morning Airport Run

All good things must come to an end.

We enjoyed great weekend filled with activity and family, and this morning signals its end as I take Annie to the airport.

An added and welcome touch to all the fun was a visit from our niece Maureen.

Maureen lives in Tacoma.  She came over this weekend to join Annie and Laura in yesterday's Scenic Half Marathon where they each ran a 10K.

It's been fun seeing visiting family off an on throughout the weekend at the horse show and here at the Lovestead where several of the gang came, along with Barbara and Laurie, for a quickly planned barbecue.

Two of Laura's kids, Jacob and Grace, along with Willie and Debbie, joined us.

Turned out pretty tasty for as hastily as we put it all together.

Among Annie's activities over the weekend was senior picture taking with the triplets plus one. All are in their last year at Coeur d'Alene Charter School.

We enjoyed seeing everyone passing through wherever we happened to be in the myriad of weekend activities.

So, now it ends with flights back to the West Coast for Annie.

Til next time.

Good family memories throughout.

Happy Monday.

Off to the airport

This trio of cousins, Annie, Maureen and Laura, ran a 10K yesterday at the Scenic Half Marathon.

They're in the early planning stages of getting together in a couple of years to walk the Camino de Santiago.
