Enchanting Moments along a Border Stream

Takes a single word to describe our family-and-friends gathering near Canada on a gorgeous Mother's Day.

IDYLLIC

Twas almost like a series of scenes from a storybook, including our peeps and dogs, geese and ducks flying overhead and, across the stream/border:  Canadian steeds racing to and fro.

Yesterday's cast even included a group of relaxed peeps quietly cruising in a boat down serene Boundary Creek.

The Love family and Tibbs sisters arrived first at the Boundary Creek Fish and Game site and enjoyed savory meat samples and the trimmings.

Later, friends Steve and Roxzene Bockstruck, their daughter Jodi, hubby Mike and children, Haley and Hunter, joined the group.

People chatted.

People walked or watched dogs.

Horses residing in lush green fields on the Canadian side of Boundary Creek waited for the whole group to arrive before entertaining as only happy, proud horses could do.

Occasionally branching out in groups or solos, everyone did pretty much what they wanted to do in a relaxed, stunning setting.

A good time was had by all.

What a day!

What a lovely memory!
