A Spots of Fun Show from another time. 

The annual Spots of Fun Open Horse Show starts this morning.  The annual event runs through tomorrow at the Bonner County Fairgrounds. 

Lots of horsin' around. 

Mary, who trains CB, takes a break after a busy day yesterday, preparing for the horse show.

She'll be riding CB both today and tomorrow.  Walk-trot classes, which make a good experience for a young horse.

Gonna be really brief today.  

Yesterday was a LONG day, 30,000 steps and two horse bathings among a myriad of others things. 

Today will be the same.

As soon as I publish this morning's post, I'll be headed to the pickup and trailer to finalize all the "stuff" that needs to go to the horse show. 

Then, I'll load up Lily, and off we'll go to put in lots more steps throughout a busy horse show day. 

CB will be in two English classes today.  I'm excited to see him perform. 

He is the best young man.  I sanded his hooves, clipped him and bathed him yesterday and couldn't have asked for better behavior.  

Attitude is everything with a horse even more important than beauty.  So, I'm thrilled that he'll join the ranks of Lily and Lefty as a reliable horse.
