Lots going on today.
So, this will be slight.
We'll be heading off soon to bring CB home from his month of warm-up training. It will be fun to have him back home with his buddies.
Blueberries are ready to pick, as are green beans and a few raspberries.
I'm also finishing up a fence-painting job.
And, the lawn is ready to mow again.

In other news today, some great information from Luke Mayville and Reclaim Idaho.
Dear Supporters of Reclaim Idaho,
Yesterday evening, the Secretary of State announced that the Quality Education Act is officially certified for the ballot.
By voting for Proposition 1, Idahoans will have a chance to increase K-12 funding by $323 million a year—a game-changing investment that will strengthen programs and boost pay for teachers and support staff.
This moment is the culmination of an entire year of hard work by over 1,000 volunteers. THANK YOU to all who helped make this happen.
Today we launch our 44-county door-knocking campaign, which will begin on July 30th in Ada county.* Our field campaign will take an enormous amount of traveling, organizing events, and printing materials. If you can chip in a contribution today, we need your help.
Will you chip in $5 or more? |

Thank you,
Luke Mayville Co-Founder, Reclaim Idaho
*If you'll be anywhere near Boise on Saturday, July 30th, click here to sign up to join our door-knocking event at 9:30am that morning at Borah Park. ~~~~~ Congratulations to Luke, a Sandpoint High School graduate, and his team of more than 1,000 Idahoans who have worked so hard over the past several months to get this Initiative on this fall's ballot. This Initiative has my enthusiastic "yes" vote. Let's all work to see that it succeeds and that Idaho's education system receives a significant financial boost. Our students and teachers deserve this kind of support. I think the link below will work. If it does, it will take you to Twitter with a video overview of the latest status of the educational Initiative. https://twitter.com/i/status/1550651831637774336 So, that's all, folks. Off to see about bringing a horse home. Happy Saturday. Enjoy this beautiful day. |
