Creatures and Crocuses

Every day for the next few weeks will bring more of the above.  

Happy to be alive and having fun at it too. 

Doesn't matter if you're the first crocuses of spring or cute critters just enjoying some fun on a carpet of grass as opposed to a blanket of snow.

At our house, one little mountain of snow remains, always the last to leave, right in front of the shop.  

We have a beautiful weekend ahead, and I have a feeling attitudes will be upbeat most everywhere.

We are also embarking on what I like to call my favorite week in Sandpoint.  It never used to be.  

Nowadays, though,  with so much going on all year long in our beautiful little town, the comparatively quiet week of Spring Break, when families leave town for fun in someone else's sun, offers a sense of relaxing peace from the normal hustle bustle.

I have a feeling that next week finding a parking spot downtown will be relatively easy.  

Good times ahead, along with the continued hustle bustle of getting ready for even better times.
