Of Dads and Other Fun Stuff

One common denominator:  A bunch of good dads.   Happy Father's Day to all good dads, past and present.

A few photos feature the dad at our Lovestead house with his beloveds. That's an old one of Bill and Willie cuz Willie spent the weekend at a basketball camp in Spokane.

When I saw the photo of our forever friend and longtime neighbor Bob Gooby on Facebook yesterday, I had to steal it for the blog.  Bob has always meant so much to our family as a neighbor and friend.  His daughter Bobbi and wife Wanda joined him for the family photo.

There's Chris, my classmate and "outlaw" and dad of Jeremy.  Chris joined us for a wonderful, relaxing and pleasant outdoor dinner at the Thompson cabin last evening.  Yes, Laura, you did a great job at the grill.

There's Sefo, dad to the triplets, now entering the crazy age.  And the crazy age goes on forever, as you can see by some photos.

There's Chad, dad of Ellie.  Ellie, Chad and Andrea came to the Lovestead yesterday and enjoyed rides on Miss Lily.

Along with them came the proud grandparents, Chad's dad Bill and his mom Kathy.

And, of course, there's our dad Harold, 12 years ago with Mother as they waited for Willie and Debbie's wedding to begin.

And, then there's a lot of boat fun, a little wishful thinking and just plain people fun---all of which made for a phenomenal summer day and eve.
