Thank you, Judy; Life on a Beautious Day

Thank you, Judy.

I invaded your place yesterday and stole stuff.

Actually, I only stole a few shots of the beautiful scenes around your house and "the cabin."

Thank you for the beauty you create and for the beauty that is you---the behind-the-scenes-no-nonsense-get-stuff-done lady of Sandpoint.

Your latest gesture, and your family's toward Willie and Debbie is so appreciated by them and by the rest of us "outlaws" to the Thompson clan.

Anywho, I did get to see Chris for a short visit, along with all those beautiful touches around your home.

Thanks again.

In other news, Brother and Sister Love have headed off for another day of fishing on the Coeur d'Alene River.

This time Bill and I stayed home, but Bill was sure to hand off some flies to Annie with guidance on how to use them before she headed out the door.

Yesterday was a big day for little Foster.  He went to the Center Valley Veterinary Hospital for a "dental," which is considered surgery.

One tooth was extracted while the rest were cleaned.

Foster will be eating soft foods for the next week.

Annie spent some time paddling Pend Oreille Lake with her new kayak.

Her paddling adventure was taking place just about the time I was driving back from delivering a dinner of Mr. Sub sandwiches and fresh-baked cookies to Willie and Debbie at "the cabin."

Our beautiful lake at that time was at its finest, and it's pretty fine a lot of the time.

The stillness of the water made for some quick moving across the water for Annie, as she paddled at least a mile out and a mile back.

She was nice enough to stop by Servaburger and pick up burgers and fries and shakes for our Love dinner at home.

Annie said she saw somewhere that yesterday was National Burger day, so that menu seemed appropriate and tasted good.

Later, Bill, Annie and I spent time outside in bugville (brief time) strolling around the newly mown lawn with the dogs.

Talk about a lovely day, especially cuz Foster's vet visit went well and the rest was simply supreme enjoyment of all the bounties this time of year brings to our beloved North Idaho.

More fun today.

Happy Friday.

Festus likes to be escorted from his days in the barn to his overnight domicile in the shop.

Last night he waited halfway while I fed the horses.

Then, we completed the trip together.
