To my mother, it's been ten years of missing you.

Your spirit, however, seems to always be there.

And, that is good because your influence serves as an everlasting guide: your humor, your glue, your zest for life, your drive and discipline, your love of animals, your travel passion, your sophistication and high standards, your friendship, your spunk, etc.

You left the gift of all of the above with each of your children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

And, so your spirit endures and will continue to inspire all of us who miss you so.

For us, you defined motherhood.
